Mothering Girls
This page is dedicated to all of the people of courage who step forward to not only be a 'parent' to girls, but who make the necessary sacrifice of time, energy, and emotional committment to truly "Mother" them. Whether you are a birth mother, adopted mother, step-mom, grandmother, foster mother, teacher, neighbor, or just a person who has stepped up to fill a need through volunteerism or advocacy, I salute you.
The links and information in this site are simply suggestions I've found helpful. I hope you find something here to help you carve out some special joy-filled memories with the girl you are mothering. May the journey be as rewarding as the destination.
