November 8, 2007: 1st (Real) Meeting Wrap-up

We had our first real meeting at our house last night. It was a whirlwind of rapid communication between parents; palatable kinetic excitement of sweet little girls who are up for anything; and the chaos of hastily thrown together agenda after recent turnover of leadership.

We began by greeting each little Daisy with the song, "Hel-lo (Daisy's Name), Hel-lo (Daisy's Name), Hel-lo (Daisy's Name)...we're glad to see you here!" While it got difficult by girl 14, after only another meeting or two, we'll have everyone's names down and be able to just sing it once all together.

We had the girls make their name tags.
